Incredibly great job. Dave wS amazing. I know a lot about houses in CA, but not CO. He tested and explained all parts of the house and its operation. Thorough and detailed report. Very actionable.

Joe was phenomenal. He did not skip a beat on the home we bought. We met with him towards the end of the summary and he spent an extra hour with us answering any questions we had. The report he wrote up and the portal they have on their website is so specific and explains everything. He uploaded 100+ photos of the home that he took and provided us recommendations on diy/handyman repairs or professionals as well. Scott Home Inspection was great to work with. Booking online was easy. The company connected with my realtor to set everything up. I received a thorough report a few hours after inspection was done. Very informative report with great pictures. I had follow up questions for the inspector the next day and he called back within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Scott Home Inspection!

i rarely leave response or reviews but i figure these guys go the extra mile in their service. great thoroughness, great detailed inspection report, quick response and arrived on time! Also great to have several services ( sewer scope, radon testing, house inspection and mold) done from one company highly recommended, i bought an 100 + year old house, that naturally comes with a lot of quirks and work to be done on iti felt really comfortable going through with the house purchase and knowing what work to expect to do on it... read more
