I have been looking for a home In Boulder, Colorado, for months! When I finally went into escrow with only a month's escrow period, Jeff Trousil came out to the house to do a tight turnaround inspection. He was throrough, friendly, has a great sense of humor, and definitely went beyond the call of duty on this job! I thank him for his willingness to handle whatever comes up, and he submitted an extensive report within hours of leaving the house which gave me the extra time needed to obtain service providers. Joe was phenomenal. He did not skip a beat on the home we bought. We met with him towards the end of the summary and he spent an extra hour with us answering any questions we had. Scott Home Inspection was great to work with. Booking online was easy. The company connected with my realtor to set everything up. I received a thorough report a few hours after inspection was done. Very informative report with great pictures. I had follow up questions for the inspector the next day and he called back within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Scott Home Inspection!

Scott's Home Inspection went out of their way to help us out for a last minute request. The scheduling team was very responsive and easy to work with. The inspector was EXTREMELY thorough and really did such a great job. We felt very confident in the house after their work. Would absolutely recommend working with this company if possible.

Scott Home Inspection provided us with a timely, thorough and extremely informative home inspection report on the new home we have purchased in Longmont CO. The inspector was both friendly and courteous, took time to review and explain his findings and delivered a graphic and comprehensive document that presents a prioritized list of issues discovered and outlines steps to be taken moving forward. We give Scott Home and enthusiastic 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone needing home inspection services.

Great service, easy to work with. We are building a house but live out of state. Customer service helped over the phone and arranged everything for me with the builder.
