My experience with Scott Home Inspection was excellent. The inspector was on time, with a mask. He took time to answer all my questions, show me the issues he found, and explain to me what I need to pay attention to in my future home. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Extremely easy to work with. Fantastic on-line report, clearly documenting everything from the inspection. Super easy to copy and paste for inspection objection steps. Seems to have covered everything very professionally and thoroughly. I'm super relieved to have them help me with my home purchase.

Excellent response time! Our inspector was on time, courteous and extremely knowledgeabl. Every question and/or concern we had he answered and had pictures to show. The report was in our email within an hour and we felt extremely confident when we went back to the sellers with our findings. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

The did an adequate job on our house. They were on time and the report was well written and easy to understand. It was a complicated house with 2 furnace units, 3 AC units, and many other non-standard items (sump, radon mitigation system, air filtration, whole house humidifier, steam oven). It's a pretty general home inspection, they go over the basics, and look out for any red flag items. Woody was awesome. Thorough and very nice, answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with all his findings. He walked me through everything he found, discussed maintenance and potential future upgrades. Also left me with a wonderful, illustrated package that I can basically use as an instruction manual for our new home. Highly recommended!

Scheduling and online report were great. However, we were less than satisfied with our inspector (Joe). We have had far more detailed inspections from other companies in the past. There were items in the report that didn't even match the property; for example, comments about city water connection when the home was on well water. The report noted that he couldn't find the water shut off, and it was even captured in a picture!
