I feel like I have been ripped off big time. I was charged $1500 for a 30 k service, but I am not sure any work was done. The oil in the engine smells like it has been used for months, leading me to believe it was not even changed! Now I am wondering if any other fluids were in fact changed. The only thing I got for sure was a report that i need new tires and brake shoes for another $2000. I will not be back

They had my truck for 3 weeks and still couldn't find anything wrong while the problem still keeps happening, not very happy.

I have a ford bronco so I feel like I need to go to the dealership to get repairs. I have been here a couple times and they have each been terrible. I gave them another chance and it was just as bad. They didn't do anything, brought it in with a few problems they said they couldn't find anything and quoted me a price. When I picked up they charged me double, about 600 just for diagnostics, which they charged me for two diagnostics I realized when I got home. It took a long time to do the oil change also they didn't rotate the tire because they didn't tell me that the brake apostilles are already worn out. My life was in risk , and I had to buy new discs

Very upset with the service I left my car 2022 Ford Explorer ST with only just 13,000 miles due to a problem of a delay or disconnection of the transmission in reverse for seven seconds two days was parked there and they didn't do anything. The salesman was nice and had researched the Hyundai. Still, I will not buy from them again. They disclosed the car had 2 open recalls. I learned later it is illegal for a dealer to sell a car with a recall! The 12v battery died shortly after we brought the car home, likely due to sitting for a long time. They missed it in the inspection. They also only had 1 key, which was disclosed AFTER we agreed on a price. Paying for new battery and rekey after the car itself doesn't feel like a great deal.
