Best car dealer I've ever dealt with and will continue to do so. They are 2 for 2 with a good experience for me and will be back for a 3peat for a car for the wife in a few more months. Many car lots to choose from these days but Serramonte is my one and only go to for all time and highly recommend them! Thanks again! Loving the new car!

the service was top notch but there was some confusion where my appt was when I took my car in. I went to the dealers regular service drive for my appt. only to be told that my service was scheduled at their commercial service area 1/4 mile away. The service was still great but it would have been nice to know in advance of my arriving at the wrong drive or to be given a choice of where I wanted my car to be serviced. I was told that this was a known problem with appt's made online. If it is known the they should get it fixed... read more

Called Ford service as soon as I found out need to take in my car for recall service before I could renew my registration. It was breeze to get an appointment and Julius Chavez was great kept me updated on everything needed for my car. Ford service department was prompt, professional and very courteous.
