From booking the service to getting the car delivered - all was easy and the service writer, Pam, and her Team of techs always do a great job on my 2015 Focus - now pushing 260K+ miles and still getting at or about 32 MPG! I turn the key and the rest is magic!

Service on the car was exceptional! Also, they went above and beyond for me. I was not ready for them to Zaktek my car as I didn't have time to wash it for them. They stepped up to the plate, washed my car and applied the wax for the Zaktek treatment. I was so happy when I picked up my car, service complete and a beautiful clean car to drive home. Serramonte Ford and Pamela Yaeger you out did yourselves!!!!!
