Got a brand new Ford Explorer yesterday and I am loving it. The car is great but my experience at Serramonte Ford was even better. Leo sold me the car and he was great. Showed me different models, he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect model at the end. After everything was settled Jeff in finance department took over.
