Thank you to Lex at Serramonte ford. We called 3minutes before they closed on a Thursday and he answered the phone. Very friendly and responsive from the beginning. We came a ways away to look at a vehicle and he send us a video of the car to make sure we didn't make the drive for no reason. Amazing service! Will show here again
Shout out to Marcus Taniguchi for the amazing service provided on my Bronco. Went in nervous about going to a dealership, was promptly greeted by Marcus with a smile. I bought an Edge ST online and dealt with Seth Banko. First let me say that I buy cars for 4 drivers in my household and often buy out of state, so I deal with dealers from all over the country. Dealing with Seth was such a pleasure its hard to put into words. I saw a truck online and went to check it out. It turned out the truck was nice and very clean and very accurately represented on the dealer's website. My salesperson, Kenape Eliapo was very friendly and chill. Professional and helpful. Sales management were quick to work through the deal and we reached agreement quickly without a hassle.
