In my experience with this company it is to be avoided at all costs if u value a families safety. The prime component of having a vehicle rolling is the ability to stop it .I was sold a vehicle that was said to be in working order until after 3 months the brakes failed to a point of no warning. I should of listen when they told me not to bring my vehicle to this dealer....came for a recall now my car has 3 warnings lights, brakes feels loose make story short my car its not the same after the recall and now I has to pay for aaa diagnosis like wtf why do I have pay for there mistakes.... If I can rate this dealer I would give 0

I called last week to make a service appt. They said they would have an advisor call me back. No call back. I called again and they put me on hold for 20 minutes til I was finally disconnected. This dealership isn't what it used to be.

I reviewed all the comments about this place Serramonte Ford especially Service Department & Customer Service, with all the good and bad I decided to take my truck somewhere else for Service. It's scary to take your vehicle here. Having bad service and behaviors does not help customers at all especially I bought a truck from Ford. The views helps more people stay away from bad businesses that does not appreciate customers like me and the rest of people commenting here.

This review is for the service department. My tire pressure indicator light came on and I needed service anyway so I made an appointment and took it in. I stressed many times that the main reason for being there was to check the tire pressure and was reassured and told that some air had been added but that everything else checked out. The indicator came back a couple days later and the tire began to really noticeably deflate so I was forced to take an Uber to work and call AAA the next day. If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrendous service. Had an appointment for a recall. Dropped my car off and was told there were many sick calls from the technicians and no idea when it would be ready. Rescheduled for when I would be able to leave my car for extended period of time. After 13 days went back to pick up my car and the work was still NOT completed. Go somewhere else if you need to use your car

Horrible customer service, the staff is honestly just unprofessional and rude ! Bought a car her months back and gave me so many issues. On top of them being rude and unprofessional they don't care about customers, once they sell you a car they don't care about you ! Avoid Serramonte Ford ! Go elsewhere .
