Got a brand new Ford Explorer yesterday and I am loving it. The car is great but my experience at Serramonte Ford was even better. Leo sold me the car and he was great. Showed me different models, he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect model at the end. After everything was settled Jeff in finance department took over. I had a pretty good experience here. I had ordered a brand new car for MSRP and they honored it and didn't even ask for a down payment. I did have to wait about a year for a new 2023 Ford Maverick; they were helpful and even picked me up at the bart station. I didn't buy any extras or extended warranties but I know what I want and go what I wanted. The staff was over very friendly and easy going. They have coffee for people to drink and clean restrooms.
