Called "matt stone" (doubt that guy even exists) and they denied selling me a car with a cracked engine block and then gaslit me trying to say the car was most likely damaged within the 2 years I owned it. Basically told me that there wasnt anything he was willing to do and that it was my fault. sad.

We purchased a new 2022 Ford Maverick from Serramonte Ford and have regretted it ever since. The truck had more than four visits back to the dealer in three years for recalls and problems with the truck and each time my advisor refused to provide a loaner car, provided incorrect time estimates, or no estimates at all, and consistently failed to return phone calls or emails. I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from this dealership. I did not drive it on the freeway, and that was my mistake. On going back home, I live about 100 miles north of SF, I noticed the car felt like it was slipping on patches of ice. The next couple of days I was sick, but when I felt better, I contacted my mechanic. He drove it and said it felt like the transmission was slipping. **BEWARE** So I recently bought a Corvette at Serramonte Ford. I was satisfied with the car and my salesman was great. Well not even a month later and it already has a big issue involving one of the belts that snapped off and wrapped around other components and caused an oil leak. Although I was initially very satisfied with the sales team when I purchased my Mustang Mach-E 2 years ago (my salesperson was AMAZING), my recent experience with the service department was a HUGE disappointment. I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle checked because of a warning light that appears when I start my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I recently purchased a car from Serramonte Ford in Daly City, and while the sales experience was pleasant, the aftercare has been frustrating. Before the purchase, I was met with great communication and attentiveness from the team. I usually like to be fair in my reviews and try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this dealership just misses the mark. I've been here several times on normal business days--not on holidays and typically not on Saturdays--during which I usually extend businesses the benefit of the doubt. Purchased a used truck here about a month ago. Drove about an hour and a half to the dealership after talking over the phone with them about purchasing it. I got there and purchased the truck when I was in financing they really pushed and haggled me to get their MMP extended warranty. We dropped our truck off for a 2 day recall service 1 week ago. I cannot get a call back to confirm when the truck will be ready. I have been promised call backs by several Serramonte Ford staff members and left several voicemails. They have not called back or provided an estimate for pick up. I have rented a car at my own expense. They are unprofessional.
