This review is strictly for the sales department. Had a really good experience because Diego, one of their sales reps, found me my dream car, and in time for the huge 2022 tax breaks that are set to expire. I gave him a list of what I wanted, down to color, etc, and Diego searched hard and then found me exactly what I wanted. He was pleasant and professional and took the time to train me on the car's battery and all the details inside the car. I am so grateful!
I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Ford Explorer ST from Serramonte Ford. I scheduled an appointment online to look at an XLT, but the price of the ST fell into my price range the day of my test drive and made the decision a lot easier. My experience with Serramonte Ford was excellent. I ordered a Full Size Bronco waited over two years, and still could not be happier. They kept me in the loop, gave advice on how to possibly get my order faster. While all other dealers were marking up Bronco orders Serramonte did not, I even after paying msrp I received a check for price protection! I could not be happier with the customer service and due diligence of this respectful dealership! I am incredibly happy and will be back!
I was interested in checking out a used car. I filled out the form online that I was interested. Mike P from sales gave me a call and emailed me a video of the vehicle. Checked out the vehicle twice in one day. Ended up not purchasing the vehicle, but Mike P and Hamza were very kind and didn't pressure us to buy at all.
Recently traded in a older car and was looking for a used SUV. Erik made the process sooooo easy and gave me a ton of options. Definitely the best car buying experience I ever had!!
