Came here last week and dropped off my car for a "diagnostic" as my car has had several problems and was told by Kyle that it would take 1-2 days to figure out. Never called back or updated me until I had to keep following up. (My car rental bill was another added cost with this inconvenience). Had a disappointing experience here the other day. We came in to test drive two vehicles and I'd like to think my partner and I were pretty clear about our situation. The most ridiculous place in Bay Area. Don't never buy any warranty from them. You bring your car with the problem and they gonna make it worth really bad place. Sales people and service people it's unbelievable ridiculous experience stay away from this place.
We should have read the reviews before attempting to do business with this place. Yes, they are that bad, We agreed on a car and price; they actually ran a credit check and confirmed the deal that morning. They said they would call during lunch to execute paperwork but instead left a message this car is sold and offered another car that is $10k more expensive! Horrible customer service for a service check engine light. The service dept and mechanic told me each time I called to check the status (simple question right?) or if they didn't know, just call or text. I'm on day 4 and nobody has ever called. Still waiting, not much hope that they will call though. Hopefully I will get my car back in the near future but not very confident!
Updated from 2 stars to 1. Once again, my Ford valet appointment was missed--with no communication or follow-up. I called several times and left voicemails, including at the number provided above by the Ford representative, but received no response. I was eventually told that the person responsible for my appointment was out of the office that day.
