I just received my Ford Bronco Badlands from Serramonte Ford a few weeks ago. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and the entire team was amazing. I needed a replacement key. Michael in Parts and everyone was so nice. He ordered my key which arrived in 48 hrs. I got a service appointment fast. I was able to go in before work and got everything done quickly. Great service.

Update: Spoke with Service Manager Germane Valentin regarding this issue and he resolved the situation for me. I received full reimbursement for the replacement battery that I purchased after my visit to his facility.

I have been coming here for service for a few years. And the most helpful person is Kyle Roderick. He is super attentive. Kyle keeps you apprised as your waiting status. Did i mention the coffee machine. I wish I could go every morning. I guess I should also mention the mechanics. They have been doing a great job taking care of my car. No complaints here.

Jesus in service is a superstar. I have a wide variety of Ford vehicles- from a 58 year old convertible, to a 37 year old coupe, to a new F150. Jesus is conversant with all of them and always has helped me with the best possible advice and timely updates. I've worked with techs Reggie, Winsen, and Johnathan. All were very professional and detail oriented. I recommend Serramonte Ford service highly

As god as my witness, I will never step into a dealership again. Ok, I did test drive the Escape at another dealer so I knew what I wanted, but I didn't have to sit at a dealership all day. I had one phone call with Anthony Guerra about the Escape Hybrid, he sent me a video walking me through the interior and exterior of the vehicle and personally delivered it to my home the next day. UPDATE: My concerns were addressed and they took my vehicle back for a corrected paint job. They also put in a brand new windshield. Appreciate that they made this situation right.
