I bought my 2015 Ford F-150 4x4 from another dealer which is a long way away from where I live. For several years, I took my truck to the original dealer, but it was a pain getting there and back. Last year I figured I would try Seramonte Ford for service and repairs. All in all the customer service is good, they run a very clean (and clearly high-volume) shop, they are fast, very convenient, and because they are a larger outfit, have larger inventory so you likely won't have to wait long for repair parts. I am very surprised why the rating of this service is only 3 stars. I have been served by them for 2 years. I always gave them 5 stars in my mind. I was told that the rating here is very low and I decided to share my experience, since more often people leave bad reviews than good ones. Want to highlight Generis Reyes for his amazing service and depth of knowledge about the car industry and the Mustang MachE. Matt did a great job of getting me numbers and a quote for the car. Generis had me sold on the vehicle just from the way he gave me information. He didn't try and sugar coat anything. I have been on a tour of test drives trying to find a car I want, these guys definitely showed their integrity and willingness to help out.
I bought my first car here witch was a actually a Chevy at a Ford dealership and Erik my sales man was very helpful from day one of buying it to a week later helping with any small details I have questions about... I have been to every other dealer ship around Serramonte Ford but Erik and his peers made it easy to make a purchase!!
GValentin@vtaig.com sent my check for the full reimbursement of my tire. The management team still needs the make sure that all the used cars are thoroughly checked before putting them out for sale. This isn't my 1st time buying a used car and it won't be my last and I'd like to keep Serramonte Ford on my list for having a great quality of used vehicles ...
