Came in to enquire about a Ford Ranger. Prices are off the roof these days and I ended up leaving empty handed. The representative was very helpful and tried is best to work with me on the price. Unlike other car dealers he wasn't pushy and was very pleasant. Thank for trying to help

When it comes to service advisors, make sure to ask for Richard (Richie). He goes above and beyond to get your vehicle 100% repaired, at the best possible price. His communication with me was above and beyond, and much appreciated. I was hesitant to go to a dealer for a repair, worried that I would get overcharged, but that did not happen, and other repair shops simply don't have the specific equipment or training to do a repair that is expertly completed. Thanks to Richie, my Ford is all fixed, and I have peace of mind!
Best place to get a Ford serviced in the area, don't gotto hmb Ford, one the service technician talked to me like I was an incapable woman but kind a most importantly they have made our family vehicles unsafe after servicing, one of which they didn't properly put the wheels back on after rotating. I am all for local but when it jeopardizes my families safety I call it quits. Serramonte Ford has been great, efficient, safe,knowledgeable and willing to share the knowledge and most importantly friendly.
Service was quick and easy and their notes on potential issues are very clear. Due to a communication issue, their text alerts didn't work, but my service advisor Pamela Yaeger was wonderfully patient and stayed after closing to explain the service notes and give me my keys.
I had an issue with the Ford Dealer and posted a review. I had a response within a day and received a call back from Matt Shone, the general manager. He was quick to review my questions/issues and made it right. I appreciate being heard. Thanks for listening, the follow-up and resolution.
I test drove the escape plug in yesterday and I just have to say Seth is amazing. I have been dealing with lots of car salesman and he actually felt sincere and honest. I am not sure I will be buying the escape due to my budget but wish I was because working with Seth was fantastic!
