I only have good things to say about my recent purchase of a 2013 Ford Transit Connect from Serramonte Ford. The sales person was very personable, and answered all my questions. The vehicle developed an a/c problem soon after I purchased it. I was concerned because it was not covered under the extended warranty. I contacted General Manager Matt Shone, and he stepped in and saved the day by helping out. Hats off to Matt Shone and the professional way he runs his dealership.
I went to go see a car I was interested in and worked with Erick in the sales department. He did an excellent job of answering all my questions and working to come up with a price in the range I was looking for. Unfortunately, I ended up purchasing elsewhere simply because I found another model that better suited my needs that they didn't happen to have. Anthony Guerra is amazing. I have never said that about a car salesman before. Usually I feel like they push and just try to upsell you. He is super responsive, helpful, always gives you more information, but never pushes more than he should. He will text, email, call - whatever you want. He is always available. COVID has changed the way we do everything. Anthony found a way to get it all done and made it easy for me. He coordinated with everyone else in the background (financing, delivery, etc.). I could not be happier.
