This has now almost been a month, and I understand times are a little difficult being shortstaffed and with the holidays coming up as well so things get chaotic, but I have not received one single call back when I've left my number multiple times with my name and email as well. It's getting very frustrating with the lack of communication that's happening, especially when I was told, that there would be someone that can handle this for me
They backed my new truck up into something while in service, didn't tell me about it. And then tried to deny it. Makes them look very untrustworthy.

UPDATE: Confirmed this dealership is inept and corrupt. They charged me $2000 to diagnose my sunroof issue only to tell me the part was unavailable on back order with no ETA on delivery. Told me when the part arrived it would cost $1500 in labor and $4500 for the entire sunroof assembly. I'm presently in the process of purchasing a vehicle by paying cash. I was skeptical when asked to fill out a finance application because I am paying cash. When I received the contract, I noticed it was a finance contract. I also noticed that the finance contract had a final payment date 5 days past. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Bought my 2018 F-150 and standard equipment had been stripped but made to look like everything worked. I contacted Jay the manager and he said he would make it right but never called back. They act in bad faith & Fintan should be fired. Had a service appointment today at 2 pm. Guy at the desk told me I didn't have an appointment!! Showed him the email confirmation from Ford. And he says d and I quote " well we couldn't do it today anyway we are swamped!! What's the mileage on your car"? When I said I didn't know off hand he stood there and laughed at me. !
Sexist so sexist. Just stopped by came from pd needed a tail light bulb replaced. Knew it would just take a minute. He asked me if I could leave the car overnight. I said no he asked me if I could bring it back the next day drive from San Francisco again. I said no, what's it take to replace the bulb he said he didn't know. Then I went to the parts department. Brought my truck in for service and that went fine. The problem is that I had broken my rear tail light and needed that replaced. They quoted me $2200 to replace it. They told me the part itself was $1600.00. I found it at another dealership for less than $900 and my boyfriend took off the old one and put the new one on in 8 minutes. Not trustworthy. AND I paid for the 30000 mile tune up and I can hear a noise underneath.
