They've been double charging me for my hazard insurance for 3 years. You think a mortgage company could manage an escrow account, but such is not the case. I'm out of $1600 for nothing. I'm paying insurance and taxes manually now.

I think Truist bank doesn't comprehend customer service and I'm closing my accounts ASAP, kinda sad though I've been with this bank for about 30 years, since it was ************* and even used to work there, but growth I guess means loss of customer service, I'm still waiting to hear back from Truist about a simple question and the girl promised to get back to me the next day, that was last week.TRUIST IS AWFUL TOO BIG FOR IT'S BRITCHES

I was a customer for long time of ******************** Bank i love banking with SunTrust, went they merger whit truist I'm been having but services soon I will going to closets my to accounts *****************

This company is in an absolute customer service epidemic! I am a longtime customer of ********************, and since Truist was established, this has been a complete and total nightmare. I have moved hundreds of thousands of dollars through this institution, including a recent lending transaction that took me forever to get their attention on. This BANK? (Truist) has the worst account management I have ever experienced. They credit payments to my credit card, then the outstanding balance take DAYS to to update, so your available credit *** not be accurate. What they told me usually posts overnight now posted mid afternoon. That just happened recently when I needed antibiotic eye drops. I couldnt access the account to check the balance and figured purchase wouldnt post till midnight, well what do you know it all happened right then so I was ***** in the red, So whe... read more

I deposited cash in a *******, ** location. The stole $100. Gave me a deposit slip for $2100 then said he made a mistake it was only $2000 but didnt give me an updated deposit slip. I called to speak to manager and explained to one of the employees but management never called me back. I had to go through social media and a report reached out to this location, she was told the money was ran through a money machine I said when it was ran the first time it was $2100 but they decided to run it the second time and it was $2000?? ... read more

Truist closed my account after I ******** it. I've attempted many times to resolve the issues, but haven't been able to contact a person from the Truist ******************** No matter the time or day, I'm on hold and end up leaving multiple messages to return my call so I can pay. No one calls me despite I've left my name, contact information, and account number. How am I supposed to resolve an issue when I cannot contact anyone?

The Truist bank branch location ******************************************************************* and this branch Manager and Associate have no knowledge about banking. I made an appointment at 2pm and went 10 minutes earlier and there were no line or people, the lady on the desk just went behind after telling me to wait and came back after my scheduled appointment. Allowed cashing of checks and online transfers of $50000 at two branches in ******** by a few individuals who had stolen family member's identity from *******. Something is terribly wrong with this bank and with a few employees in the branches that serve southern ******* and ********. In trying to investigate the fraud to gather information on the telephone, an employee at the ************ branch said "Don't call here again."
