Took my wife here for her bday. She liked the variety so much that she made a meal on appetizers. Fried green tomatoes, lobster risotto, crab cake, and key lime pie for dessert. All outstanding!
Due to the time of year, was not crowded. Sat outside. Good service. Look forward to dining there again On next trip to Hilton Head.

Our 16th wedding anniversary was a success and a surprise for her! She loved the wine, beautiful view and overall "feel" of Elas! We will return, although a bit pricey, the food was very good! Hilton Head has some very nice restaurants but I dare say none could match the romantic setting that Elas offers.
Our meal was excellent, the server was pleasant and helpful, and the musician for the evening had a repertoire consisting of covers from our favorite musicians. View of harbor made the experience complete. For what more can one ask?
Atmosphere and outside dining was nice. Food was not what expected. Shrimp cocktail had an odd seasoning. Lobster with risotto was ok. Lobster was good. Risotto was terrible. It was precooked.
The setting is outstanding with it's view of the Harbor but the food leaved a lot to be desired for being a seafood restaurant. 3 swordfish dinners were completely overcooked. The piece of grouper was extremely small for the price. The other two dinners were fairly good but the waitress had to come out and tell us the dinners "were coming" since the wait was very long with the restaurant not being very busy.
Had a great time, the location is beautiful and the food is good, service was great.
Always a great experience!
