They told us there was a nail in the sidewalk which was irreparable. In addition, they told us we needed new tires for $1600. We took it to discount tires. They told us we had 25-30000 miles left on the tires. The problem was a screw in the tread which they fixed for free.

Now that my odyssey with Showcase Honda seems to be over, I'll write a final review. Bottom line: I'll never go there again. I bought a used GMC Sierra there. There were repairs needed that I pointed out to the salesperson when I went to pick up the truck. The salesperson said they were minor and that they could take care of them, no problem. I reached out to the person I was given to contact, followed up multiple times, yet they fixed only one item. Terrible service. Never again.

I have had to go here 3 times for the same service on a 2021 vehicle door strip. Why is a 2021 door strip falling out anyway and Ive had the car for 2 months? Purchased the car from AUTONATION USA, I thought Showcase would be better since its still h def factory warranty. Ive had 3 different service advisors in 60 days. Went here for door seal replacement, they never ordered the seal in advance as advised. Sat in waiting room for almost 3 hours on a Saturday for them to tell me this.

Service was good, but they usually wash the car end of service. Didn't happen this time. Was disappointed and I had to go and pay for a car wash afterwards.

Brought in for oil change and to check brake alert. Oil sticker isn't updated, brake alert is still on. Waste of time and money.

Service was prompt and fast, however, mileage shown above is off by about 13,000 miles. Vehicle mileage was only 6589. This is the second time a highly erroneous mileage number has been entered for this vehicle. Not sure why the Service Department is unable to correctly enter the vehicle mileage each time I bring my vehicle in for service. I find this repeated error very annoying!
