The overall process wasnt the best mixed services from all different people. Sales guy was bad, hard to understand and didnt communicate or explain stuff to us. We asked a lot of questions and got very short responses. He had to engage the sales Manager multiple times and I didnt feel like the Sales Manager was being honest. It also seemed like he didnt even care to want to talk to us unfortunate. Finance director had to come over to answer questions an eventually helped us get the car.

The service process went really good. Easy. The rides they offer not so good. The credit wasn't posted so I had to pay for my ride home. Then it posted for the ride back.

All I want to say is I miss working with my usual advisor. But I always end up going on his day off. Its not that other advisors are bad but my usual is way more kind and explains things so I understand and he always gets me a deal !

Salesman was great. Completion of the sale with the finance department completely soured me on Showcase Honda. They added extra packages which were extremely expensive and considerably more than my local dealership. Also, they tried to sell me an unneeded extra warrantee. I had to pay for a paint treatment for which I will be unable to fulfill the reapplication requirements. Phone calls and emails went mostly unanswered. Paper trail of lease signings show questionable charges and manipulations.

Honda was quick to sell the warranty and telling you how much it covers but fail to tell you what it dont cover. What are the odds the two different things I take it in for are not covered the battery and the tires were out of round they were not covered disappointed. We bought 3 vehicles from there.

From the purchase date of 1/6/23 until today 2/9/23, I've had several pretty major issues with the vehicle I purchased. The key fab I received today was after a back and forth with the sales team. When I purchased the vehicle, it was labeled as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle on their website. At the time of purchase, the second key they gave me wasn't working.
