Awful experience with showcase Honda. From the salesman, the service Center, and the manager. Very unprofessional and terrible communication with costumers. They lie to get you to sign up for the MPP insurance. Fail to explain the process to you and even though you fought to lower your payment amount because you accepted the extra ONE year insurance your price is up for the whole loan time. All 4 rims had become corroded. Vehicle was not inspected properly. Had to later purchase rims from third party (discount tire) since rims had become so badly corroded. I've had the vehicle just over two weeks, dealership has not taken any accountability for ongoing issues. Very disappointed with their Sales and Management teams specifically. Service has done their best to be accommodating. Once repairs are finished I will not be taking the vehicle back to Showcase for regular maintenance or anything else for that matter

No Car Wash. long time than expected. side mirror has poped out but did not pay attention or snap it in. when asked to do it then I was told to wait and run diagnostics which is about $150+ additional cost to me. I did not expected such a cheap trick from dealership.

Wouldnt go back to this dealership for a purchase. I wasnt provided the documentation I was promised about my contract & financing, then had to go back & forth to receive the docs & info I needed. When I went to give my down payment the next day (which is when i thought Id receive my docs) the finance associate was so rude & condescending made me wish I wouldnt have signed the contract the day before. Its almost like the customer service is out the door once you sign the documentation.

The low air tire icon came on and I called Cassie at Showcase. She invited me to come in to have it checked. Within an hour as she promised, air had been put in the tires and she explained why the air was low and how the amount of air in the tires determines if the ride is smooth, rough or bouncy. There was no charge and my car was washed! I've been a customer of Showcase Honda for more years than I can remember and appreciate the great customer service! Betsy Buxer

They couldnt determine the cause of the problem. Therefore they couldnt do anything to prevent it from happening again in the future. I had told them in the past there was a problem and their response was to use more expensive gas, which did nothing to stop the problem.
