Two weeks after purchase had to get oil change and have bad breaks Still haven't gotten contract of purchase

They never seem to fix anything. In fact, the car comes out with more issues.

The process of leaving your car feel like a bother to them. No communication what so ever and if you dont want to spend money to have your car fix you get the eye roll, keep in mind that I was being charged on my 2019 Honda close to $1000.00 for two service that they claimed were covered and switch it on me last minute

The employees at the service center acted like I was a bother and didnt do what needed to be done when checked in for my appointment. Very disappointed in their service!

Finances department tried to sneak in an additional $5000 markup that they said they took off as well as a package that I asked them to take off multiple times. The sales rep I met on the lot was an appreciated advocate when the math was off and they were denying it.

Damaged my steering wheel. Said they repaired things that did not get done. Lied to me about services being fixed.

I had an appointment for an oil change. They recommended two filters be replaced, I had this done. Went home and when I had a passenger in my car the next day they found the cover to the filter on the floor, she was going to put it in the glove compartment and it dropped down on her when she opened it. Went back the next day for another hour wait. I also mentioned to them that they had reset all my features, seat setting, dash, and phone etc. I would have had to wait until another tech was available to reset things. I left. ... read more

The two warning lights the onboard computer triggered were analyzed and cleared. One repair was done and now both the same lights are back on a week later. Not good!
