I originally used Showcase Honda in 2010 to purchase my first Honda Accord and loved them back then. I'm not so sure that the new owners have the same "personal touch" that the old owners did. It seems much more corporate now, I'm just a customer with money these days. I didn't care for how long it took to trade in our lease -- almost four hours! I definitely didn't care for all the single-use water bottles in the showroom!

The amount of time (two and a half hours) for the vehicle to be ready after an oil change exceeded the quoted amount of time (two hours).

Had an appointment at 10am. Didn't get out until noon for an oil change. Did not recieve the car wash. My car sat outside for over 15 minutes after the oil change was completed and the staff continued to check other people out before me even though I was waiting longer. Getting anything done at the dealership, unless it's free is a waste of time and money. 3 visits, 9 hours to do the deal as agreed after 90 minutes. Would not sell me the car with my bank financing. Kept the car on the lot after we agreed to terms, marked it up from the amount we agreed on. Pressure me that someone else was coming to buy it. Would not take a deposit to hold the car. Had me sign the same stupid, useless, non binding documents, car fax, my offer amount, the agreed upon price. Tried to upsell me $3,000 after market warranty. Insulting when I don't buy. Worst dealer.

Horrible horrible horrible. I took my civic in for Zaktek and I got it back dirty. No one called me back and I'm not returning for my remaining 2 zakteks. Waste of time.

Incompetent rep. Quote was off by 100. Charged for broken emblem. Didnt fix the reason I was there in the first place

The BDC rep doesn't listen very well when making an appointment. Got the email saying I was getting a service I never requested. Called, made sure they corrected it, they did not. The paint protection went very well. Everything looked good. I like their picture set up if you actually need a service.

Rude staff. Not answering questions saying go home and call back. Devon service person raising voice when talking , hands flying up in the air. Austin refused to be helpful and telling me what service was doing. Very unorganized work crew service managers
