I pay cash for a truck . they give me no paper work on the truck .they ran my credit . for paying cash . all the truck I have pay cash for know one have ran my credit . stay away from buying anything from showcase Honda

Took car for oil change and wheel alignment. However, I had doubts whether oil was changed because sticker was not changed and oil gauge showed oil at 40% so I had to take it in to have it checked.

Showcase told me they they pulled the cam sensor and reported wear. It had never been touched. They are not to be trusted. They told me they measured cam end play. They "lost" the measurements. It had never been touched. They have unethical practices and are corrupt. Honda does not stand behind a Honda documented cam defect reported on 2016. On a less than 60 k engine but in service 63 months. Beware do not give them your money.

I didn't interact with Showcase as the car was sent there from collision service. They were able to correct all of the sensor problems and it is running well.

I received my car back damaged and I didn't notice the damage until 2 days later. I showed my service person the damage and he went to go talk with Shawn the manager. He then took me aside (away from the other customers) and then told me there was nothing they could do. They have cameras all over the dealership and my car was sitting outside overnight. I watched Shawn walk around the dealership for 10 mins and then I went up to him to ask if he was Shawn. Terrible customer service!
Something always ends up happening. This time they forgot I was waiting for a shuttle so I ended waiting for car to be done for an hour.

They left a door panel off after having the door apart. Could not fix key cylinder, not serviceable. Now have yet another key for one door of vehicle. Stupid Honda.

I am not interested in leaving a review for other customers; I am only interested in leaving a review for Honda and for Showcase Honda to read. I have been satisfied with Showcase Honda for over 10 years (3 new Hondas purchased) but I am unhappy with my last service (June 9th, 2022), even after speaking with a Service Manager about my issue a few days later.
