a very bad experience the technicians who did the service did not know what they were doing as a result of that bad service my car suffered serious problems so now I dont have car at this moment. Incredible how this people work I went to pick up my car because supposedly it was fixed but the car still doesnt work properly. Esta situación me tiene enfadada

Tried to nickel and dime me. Paid for a full service oil change, and my windshield fluid couldnt even be filled $300+ later. Dont ever trust dealerships. They are full of people who dont care, and just try and take your money.

While the technician was fine, courteous and attentive. I was surprised when I was told "we're not doing car washes today" no explanation why. But the real shocker was that I paid over $113.00 for an oil change! So to pay more and get less makes a person feel taken. I understand inflation, but it would have been nice to have been told upfront the increase of cost.

Don't think you'll ever just get an oil change here. They come up with over a $1000 worth of necessary work wvery single time and my car has only 50k.

After a run of solid service appointments the last two have left me extremely disappointed. Over the summer a part was ordered to fix my door and never put in. It was only discovered when I went back to fix something else that wasn't working and then it turned into a cluster. The entire experience was never even addressed by a manager and no one followed up with me to try and make it better. My future appointments will be at a different dealership - as will my future purchases.

My tires never got rotated and the Zaktek application was sloppy. The car was still dirty on the bottom of the doors. I will not be returning.

The actual service work was done fine. The problem I have is with the sales end of the service done. My name was spelled incorrectly, car year was wrong and there was supposed to be a free car wash included with the service that day.
