After getting a diagnostic test I was left with a buzzing sound in my vehicle and from my alarm keys
They don't believe you when you tell them u have a special paper
The experience was long and the management team was rude and condescending. They didn't promise what they "owed" that signed and after agreeing to the purchasing the vehicle.
Service person quoted me $150 for windshield wiper blade replacement. Seemed very excessive and I felt taken advantage of as a female. My fiancé ended up replacing the wiper blades himself for $25. Service center also wouldn't do a Zaktek treatment even though I've always gotten Zaktek when I've had my car serviced there for the last 10 years. They opened the parts and forgot to put it back
I was sold a lemon and they didn't help me fix anything or even offer any options.
I like the service for the protection of the paint for my car, but I didn't like that the ZakkTech machine pulled my bumper off a little bit, plus my two wiper blades were destroyed after that process. This was after the fact the agent said they'll have to do it by hand. So, I thought that was unprofessional, unfortunately.
This dealership is only about themselves.
