I bought a used car from them 3/2021, I took it in for clear coat service which was part of buying the car. They brook a crime window trim, which I understand things happen. But what has transpired since is the very worse customer service I have ever had. There are not enough characters to tell of my nightmare. But it has been 6 weeks, and my car is still not fixed! Too numerous things to mention that have been negligent on their part, from leaving valve stem covers off the tires, to broken trim

Terrible. Over estimated actual cost of repair. 2 and a half times over. Included extras in an estimate that I didnt ask the technician to look at. My advice, go elsewhere.

The day after I picked up my car, the low tire pressure light came on. I drove to Discount tire where my tires are from and they always set my tires at a good pressure. Apparently two of the tires were very low (below 30), and I know that they had stated in their report that the pressure was set at 35 which is lower than what I normally have them set at. Maybe too much air was removed.

I had brought in a coupon for my oil change. while they did honor the price. They did not complete everything that was listed on the coupon. Oil change with synthetic oil, car wash, tire inspections, and other services. They kept the coupons so I don't remember exactly. They just did the oil change and tire inspection. I was not pleased by the services.

We werent told about a fee to drop off keys in the Dropbox after hours. It was a $75 charge. Its no where on their website and there was no signage by the Dropbox anywhere. Seems shady. Also, the dude said get the financing and pay off in 6 months but doesnt mention the initiation fee. It would be helpful to know this in advance. Service folks lacked professionalism and transparency. We wont be using their service again unless they address these issues. They havent returned my calls.
