They try to sell you vehicles that have prior damage. Finance department is rude and incompetent. Both sales man and finance manager made inappropriate comments or remarks.
The request for AC diagnosis and repair. The vehicle arrived with the AC showing signs of a small and slow refrigerant leak. When picking up the vehicle, the technician recommended not to operate the AC because there was no refrigerant in the AC and, even if recharged, the AC compressor was making a grinding noise and should not be operated. The sales people were nice but not fully trained in electric vehicles, made it seem so easy to get the car charged with ease and it is definitely not! The finance department is an absolute nightmare! I have purchased about 49 cars lifetime and have never had to close a deal twice due to finance department incompetence. The service department is AWESOME though! They do not care about customer satisfaction
I stopped going there a while ago because my oil changes would always turn in to $1000 of additional "recommended" items. I returned recently only to see if the reason my air stopped blowing cold was possibly covered under the extended warranty. If they check and that's not the issue, it would cost$200. Of course it's not going to covered by the extended warranty. It was $2600 to fix plus another $1000 of additional "recommended" items, as usual. I had a FULL Service Oil Change on my 2016 Honda Odyssey and they did NOT tell me about my Battery!!
They sold me a damaged car and wanted me to pay for the repair of the paint out of pocket.
I was hoping for a better deal on a used car that I got. They didn't come down much. The sales agent would act like he was giving us a better deal than he was. Tricks like offering $1K more for the trade-in but simultaneously raising the price of the car. I also asked about the recent recall and he said they take care of all recalls before selling vehicles. Well, there are 4 safety recalls that I am getting fixed now. It was just an OK experience, not terrible. Finance guy was great.
