Took in a van for a 30,000 mile service. Perfect condition before the service except rear window molding that needed to be replaced. They dented the chrome trim replacing it in multiple areas and it needs to be replaced again. It took the third visit to have it in stock when requesting it each service. Now there is a fluid leak from the right front area of the engine that is staining my driveway. Noticed just before a trip. 2 unreturned calls from service manager today. Horrible service.

the worst service provided EVER! Damaged my car and refused to repair it.

The service advisor charged me for a tire rotation they didnt actually do. Upon reading the detailed report by the technician, it stated a tire rotation was not completed. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, who reluctantly refunded me $20. And I was still overcharged for the oil change because I originally told the service advisor I was there for the $69 oil change special. Showcase Honda sold me a car with to bad tires. They were so bad the tire shop said it was dangerous to drive. The fact I bought the car with my 5 year old daughter and they never said anything just made it that much worse.

I only had an oil change, but I asked them to check the key fob so it would work correctly. I still doesn't work!

No staff was wearing masks, except the person who helped me. That indicates to me they do not care about their customers.
