If I can give them a 0 I would but I can't so I'll give them a 1. So I went there for a tire change and they mess up my car. I recommend everyone not to go to there service department because your car will be broken down in a second. Don't go if you do your car will be damaged.

Waited for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They gave my car to the wrong technician. I scheduled my appointment through their app; got a text message, and they seemed surprised when I showed up at 8:30 the following day. Not planning on coming back; sorry Showcase.

BEWARE. Not even sure where to begin! I sold my Honda to them and was told that my check should be in on the start of the next week because they needed to pay off my loan first. Keep in mind, my loan was through Honda. I didn't love the idea of leaving my car with them without a getting a check first and Matt Finn reassured me that "A big dealership would never damage their reputation over a $20,000 car" this was just foreshadowing. I've always loved and trusted Honda but my most recent experience with the service department left an awful taste in my mouth. James B. failed to explain what was going on with my car's undercarriage & let me drive away with an improperly attached skid plate without even so much so as telling me. Only found out when my car started making a god awful screeching sound on the freeway. I'm an inexperienced car buyer (shopping for my 2nd car ever). I let them know that I didn't want them to run my credit before I make a decision on what vehicle I want to buy. Sales person gave me his word more than once that they would be doing a soft pull to get my credit score. I attempted to buy a car here and then I paid a deposit but couldn't leave with the vehicle because they were missing a required part to pass the certified car inspection so Saturday 9/2/23 they said they'd deliver car. They pushed to get my deposit for $4K then pushed to get me to add the car to my insurance: I haven't been able to get to work for days now !! Where do I begin... I do not recommend going to this dealership. All the employees care about is a sale and not the best interest of their customers. My experience in the beginning was relatively decent aside from the initial sales guy being extremely pushy and salesy so I chose to work with someone else (which they still gave a $ cut to the first sales guy for simply approaching me for the sale even though he didn't do anything to earn it). I went for a routine oil change. An issue with my shutter grill and to make sure vehicle was ready for a trip to Northern California We had to keep going to service advisor for an update Got to dealership at 7am at around 3-30pm we were advised they couldn't "fix" the shutter grill and offered an Uber to go home without a loaner vehicle While trying to deal with that we were advised they found a fuse that was missing. Worst experience dealing with managers EVER! The sales guy Victor is great and not pushy at all. The negotiations went from manager Austin who talked to us like we were idiots to Rocky. Rocky was completely condescending and extremely rude, talking over my boyfriend Mitch. He saw that he is black and treated him with profound arrogance as soon as he saw him.
