Well, initially I thought things were going well. I thought I had found the car I was looking for. I got financed and was assured that I was getting a great vehicle in a Honda Pilot. That is until roughly 8 months after purchase and getting an oil change it was brought to my attention that I needed deeper service. This "deeper service" was in the form of a bad catalytic converter which needed to be replaced? Went in to look at a truck but the sale person was pushy and would not give me the out the door numbers. I told them not to call me that day and they have called 3x. I continue to have to tell them to take me off their calling list. Do not give them your phone number.

-100. I need a tire replacement because I have a warranty and I am on a donut. Called Service Advisor Cassie Allen. She explained they had a 30 min authorization wait time so we factored that into my appointment time. Considering I work mon-fri 8-5, I took off work early for my Scheduled appt at 4:30. I get there early and they won't accept me because the warranty department is closed. Told me I can pay out of pocket and a refund is NOT guaranteed. I bought a Honda Pilot on Saturday, June 1. No complaints about the sales process or salesman Nicholas Le Jander, everything was smooth and he will get his good survey. I am happy with the car. Finance was another story. Fernando Rascon sold me what I thought was one extended service plan. Change your sales tactics. Following the same shady sales method that has been going on for years doesn't help either. Try being honest. Maybe try being legitimate. My wheel locks were stolen off of my car at your dealership. The whole place needs a shakedown. I'm not sure there is anything you could say to make me want to have a discussion with you. I'd prefer not to be lied to, stolen from, and manipulated.

I had inquired about a used Mustang that was advertised for sale, I went and looked at it on a Sunday near their closing time and told the salesperson I wanted to respect their time and just take a look at the car physically, I didn't need to drive it. I got a call on Tuesday from one of the sales managers asking if I would like to trade in my Mustang key for key, he explained to me about some tax rebate. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! - I spent 6 hrs in this dealership 2hrs of financing paperwork. They helped me take pictures of the car for insurance & all. Only to call me the next morning to tell me there was an "issue with registration paperwork" Upon my arrival the salesman pretended to have a conversation with me only to take my keys and registration & literally RUN to the back of the employee section. Condescending salesmen and gross business practices. They didn't keep the appointment I had scheduled for weeks and instead put me with a newbie salesman who I was immediately warned about by a manager. They started off negotiations by wanting me to lease a Honda CR-V for about $800/month after putting $4k down. That's so laughably absurd that I can only assume it was because I was a single woman. Received this coupon in the mail but when I called, they stated this coupon is only good for a temperature check the coupon is very misleading because directly under AC performance check on us. It says include system evaluation, recharge check filters and system pressure. Apparently that is only for the 10% off, someone in marketing really needs to fix this because I don't have $180 just to have you tell me what's wrong
