This place made me feel horrible by the time I had left after six hours of being there. During negotiations I walked out as the salesman was playing me as a fool. Another member in finance chased me down literally running after me and somehow found a way still inflate the final price. The finance manager makes you feel stupid if you don't sign up for their most expensive additional coverages they offer. Yes I did get a car here as I needed one asap. I got played so bad here. Wish I would've dealt with honest people that told me I was trading my great valued car for a piece of shit that they charged me thousands more than it's worth. They will rob you blind if you let them. So disgusted with this place. I will never buy anything from them ever again. Where is the integrity?
I purchased from this dealership about a year ago and still think of how I should have just walked out from the start. It felt like a hostage negotiation. Anytime I asked if one thing could be adjusted in the deal, it took the sales associate 30 mins to go "talk to his manager" before I got my answer. I asked for a basic auto protection package but was immediately pitched the most expensive premium package. Sales associates high-fiving each other after closing the deal with me - weird. Extremely pushy sales people. "Management" is even worse. They will corner you on the lot...literally. Horrible at returning calls and texts. Save your money and your stress levels and go somewhere else. $3500 in add-ons & low trade in values compared to competitors. I'm begging you to please run away from this dealership.
Turbo on my 2018 CRV failed short of 65,000 miles (8/11/23) at my great expense. 5,000 later 3/1/24 the new Turbo failed and I had to leave it at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff as Devin (Showcase) told me not to drive it. No loaner cars available in Flagstaff on Friday afternoon so had to rent a vehicle for one week before Findlay replaced Turbo again. Had to make another trip to Flag to pick it up. On Monday, February 19th, I called Showcase Honda to setup a service appointment to replace the instrument panel. I was transferred to Caleb. Having had our car serviced there before, he found me in the customer list, then put me on hold to ask the parts department to order the part. He came back in a reasonable time & told me they didn't have the part in stock, so would have to order it. It would take no more than a week to come in. Upon posting my review last month regarding my experience at this Dealership, namely in their finance dept. with Trey Sutherland, I received a call from the G.M. of this store. He did me a solid by contacting the lien holder and reducing my loan balance by the amount of the extended warranty I was tricked into by Trey. I could understand if he were new to the industry, but after learning he's a 19 year veteran in the business, there's no excuse for lying to a customer - just to make a sale. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They try to scam money for additional services not needed. Also denied coverage from factory warranty. Spoke with manager and just as incompetent and rude. Filed complaint against manufacturer. Take the vehicle to other dealers. Avoid this dealer at all cost.
Absolutely garbage service department jonathen the service manager is a complete moron! Try to scam me out of $437 after they did a repair all kinds of check engine lights came on and they said it was unrelated but it's directly related to it because they did a software update absolutely horrendous place and attitude.
