$2000 spent and teeth are worse. Their plan was to spread my top teeth out to make my bottom straight. My bottom teeth won't stay straight because the need to be sanded to fit. This is straight from my dentist I saw today. Now I have a gap In my front teeth and my bottom teeth are still messed up. They're awful. Their customer service is terrible (I don't blame the reps, I blame the company they work for) I cancelled their service before I even got my aligners, but they already billed my insurance. My insurance and I have been trying to get my refund for almost a year now...they always say that the department in charge would take 7-10 business days and they continue to tell me this. Don't buy from them. Total scam...

Very disappointed in the results and customer service. I was first given an aligner set in fall 2019 that was supposed to fully straighten my teeth in less than a year. My teeth didn't need major correction. I followed the directions carefully; however, after that treatment plan and around 5 aligner touch ups, I finally gave up on this ever working. Don’t recommend did the buy now where I had to pay $299 just so I could get and impression kit sent out I sent it back then they sent another which I sent back again then I didn’t hear anything from them so I then called to find out I was eligible for liners and now I’ve asked for my refund they keep saying it’s coming but it’s been almost 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received my refund they even told me it would take 2-10 business days and now it’s been almost 3 weeks

DO NOT BUY SMILE DIRECT! My experience with smile direct has been awful. I did follow my treatment plan religiously and yet, my teeth weren't nowhere near to be aligned when the treatment was supposed to end. I had to wait a month an a bit to get additional aligners to carry on with my treatment. Halfway through the additional plan, I opened my week 5 aligners and one of them was broken, massive crack on the side and a plastic spike coming out on the opposite side. This is awful . I wore mine for 6 weeks then they did not fit . I tried conte ting them with my concerns which they then tell me I need a deep cleaning which I’m regular on . I then canceled and I received no redound for their mess up . Do not go with them

I was so excited to do smile direct. Upon receiving my set of aligners nothing was matching up, I got awkward gaps in my teeth which weren’t even bad by any means initially. I was just looking to correct minor things. I went into an office upset after finishing my aligners with more problems then I started with. Customer service representative are very nice, however, I received my impression kits at the same time My daughter had her braces put on. Two years later, my daughters braces came off, and I was still being placed in an out of what they call touchup kits. I believe it is a way to get peoples money. Because my very last retainer on every treatment would no longer fit. I wore them exactly as prescribed. They are the worst! The customer service is subpar and the treatment only works if you get lucky. I finished my plan and my gap did not close. They sent me a mold to figure out how to fix the gap, I sent the mold back spoke with a customer service rep and she said they had it and a new set of other aligners are being mad, after waiting a month still no aligners so I called, they said they never received my impression kit, after back and forth emails I asked for a refund and got denied.
