Do not waste your time and money. Just get yourself **********or braces. I wore SDC for more than 1,5 and a few years later ended up paying for braces because I was still unhappy with my smile. It does absolutely nothing if you have any problems with bite. It’s suitable for people who has really minor crowding. Do not recommend!

I started my aligners and every week the fit of them just got really off as if they weren't made for my teeth. I reached out to SDC and could neever get anyone on the app to view them. Being this is my first and only experience I gave it the benifit of the doubt and continued my weekly process. Untill I had a cracked aligner I got a Dr to look at my aligner on the app and she told me to open the other aligners to see if they would fit and that the aligners that I had didnt fit. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I started the process due to not being happy with my teeth. I was wearing the aligners as advised and I got to a pair that did not fit right. I emailed the company to explain to them that they did not fit, they explained to me what to do and to send pictures. I did so and it did not work and emailed them again. After this conversation they have never responded again. I have called and emailed and have gotten no where. I went to this location for their services. I ultimately didn't complete using them—and sent them back. There was a lot of back and forth between myself and customer service about canceling my order once they received the returned package. I hated that the CS reps were south Asian so the level of understanding was limited. Once I couldn't get anything rained with them, Smile Direct Club went my account to debt collection. They messed up my credit for their lack of professionalism. I wish I never dealt with them.

Don't use them. They did fine on my teeth but will not send my retainers. I've ordered them at least 3 times have proof and still can't get the retainers sent. I will be getting a lawyer soon.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and others. I cannot believe the customer service agents rudeness. I have been a Smile Direct Customer for years. Probably one of their first customers as they barely had any dentists to choose from at the time. A few years ago they started having issues with my retainer orders. I’d wait weeks and they would never show up and then I would cal and get the run around. Someone would finally resolve the issue and out in a new order. I go through this every time. It was Oct.2021 i made the decision too fix my teeth. My teeth were a part of an insecurity that I had my whole life. When I discovered i can fix my teeth without braces I was pleased cause I wanted the shortest time possible etc. I was between smile direct and **********cause those were only the 2 companies that would appear as ads on my phone. Made my free appointment with smile first to get details but still had to pay the $250 deposit even though I had to get approved etc. It’s not just a consultation.. keep that in mind... read more

The best investment I’ve ever made. I tried **********years ago at an orthodontics office and it did nothing for my teeth for 8 months. I gave smile direct club a shot during the beginning of the pandemic and was pleased with the results. In 4 months my gaps that left me insecure and covering my smile were finally closed. Be careful, you don’t know what other hidden fees you might run into. For example a stretcher, it’s not sold anywhere on their website and when you ask one, they will charge you. When you go to dental office, they won’t ask you for tool fees. Every virtual check-in is included in the price you paid, but without the right tool, you might not pass it, so you have to buy it from them. Very disappointed.
