Did not straighten my teeth and they will not refund my money!!! Tried twice a complete waste they’re just taking peoples money

Started out great, had to do aligner touch ups cause my teeth were not moving like expected. No problem. The problem came when I applied for another aligner touch up, they now want to charge me 250.00 dollars more. I’m still in treatment and have emails to prove it. But they refuse to a grant me the life time guarantee. I do not recommend this company. The customer service is the worst service I've ever received. I promised dates and when I called back after those dates they wanted more time. They don't have any supervisor to talk to, they can do nothing for you but drag their feet. Guaranteed for life is a joke at the hoops you have to jump through to get a fix.

Smile direct is a terrible company. Their customer service is a Zero, if I could give their product a number below zero I would. It took only two aligners in the first week for my teeth to start having problems. Severe migraines all throughout the day and night, my aligners caused me excessive alarming bleeding. My teeth would have literally fallen off if I had on stop at just the second piece of aligners. I purchased my aligners before Covid hit. After it had calmed down a little, I have tried to get a touch up kit. I even contacted them during the shut down but since I didn’t buy a new aligner every 6 months I’m not eligible and have to pay $250 for my touch up. Was never told that the multiple time I called to set up an in office picture consultation since I didn’t do well with the in home kit. Was also never told the multiple times I talked to someone on the phone about my touch ups throughout Covid. I just think this is v... read more

I ordered SDC fto be used for 8 months the aligners, they did nothing at all. It is really bad product. I will not recommend this aligner.
