Verified Renter Has been pretty good so far with a few minor hiccups. Was able to find a semester lease which was my main priory as I am graduating early. Overall, it worked out.

Verified Renter so far so good! I have only lived here a month, but the place was fairly clean whenI moved in and every appliance works. As far as communication goes, Smile does not seem to ever answer the phone but they do respond to emails. Overall, it has been a good experience so far and I’m definitely planning on staying with Smile again next year!
