My Floridians, if you are debating on making the trip out of state or drive the 2 hours, just do yourself and your family a favor and make the trip out of state! Not worth the money or the drive for basically a carnival slide snow tubing and a small shaved ice snow dome.

All the people were rude, only nice one there was chris on the slides, and the young girl at the beer tent, but the older lady at the beer tent was super rude, and most everyone else was rude, also it is very disorganized and chaotic. The slides were not even working properly.

I paid for parking coming in , turned out I already paid, it was part of the advance ticket sale. I can’t believe it, they wouldn’t refund me, now I have to go dispute it on my cc, I have both receipts.

Visited on a Wednesday with a tubing slot time from 2pm to 4pm. Here is what we experienced: 1) Tubing line took too long, around a 15 min wait time each time. 2) Not social distance marks or anything on the waiting line and many people would just stand right behind you, many even with no mask. 3) Looks like smoking is allowed since we saw a few people smoking around us. 4) If you need to use the restroom! they have a line of PORTABLE TOILET units! try not to use them, 5) Not much to do, either the tubing or the "snow dome".... read more

The people mover belt to the top is an AWFUL design. There needs to be something to hold on to. And the tubes should ride their own belt up. You should also have tubes sized for kids and smaller adults and separate tubes for average and larger adults.

The igloo was ice, not snow. You couldn’t make a snowman, snow balls or angels. For Florida kids looking for a winter experience, it was very disappointing. There was only one gift vendor open and two food vendors. The lines were very slow. The tubing (even with a designated time) was very crowded, slow and frustrating because the tubes often got stuck and they had to resurface many of the lanes, which added considerable wait time. We were able to get 5 turns in 2 hours. $35 per person, plus $15 for parking, is a shame... read more

Expensive, not much to do, slides seem dangerous with siding, not real snow in snow dome

We were so excited based off of the reviews and pictures of this place. However, after driving 2 hours to enjoy a day at Snowcat Ridge, we quickly realized all of the pictures and reviews online were completely fake. It was so much smaller than expected and barely looked like any of the pictures. There were no venders in this “alpine village.” There was 2 options for food which was like frozen food and very overpriced. We couldn’t even buy a drink without it being $10. We were given two hours to sled and could only go down t... read more

Honestly I wish I can give this review 0 stars. At first everything was ok but, modifications should be made because me and my gf had a really bad wipe out and she hit her head on the railing and the staff didn't even check up on her or wrote her a incident report. I really recommend you guys get tubes designed for adults and this wouldn't have happened!!!!!
