There is no snow at this place just a big white slide. Def not worth $36 per head. Ridiculously over priced and refused to let kids into igloo without a mask even tho we have a medical condition. Don’t Waste your time and money.

Most of staff was rude, did not assist in helping push you to the ice at the top of the tubing hill, you had to try your best to scoot yourself to the ice to begin sliding, in the "snow" dome they should call it the ice dome because it was nothing like snow, the ice was hard and to even pick any up into a makeshift snowball you had to take your foot and do your best to kick it up off of the ground.....and those were literally the only two activities to do.....oh, and if you need to go to the bathroom, have fun in the 20 or 3... read more

There was too many people in the park at the same time. The line for the ride was very long. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

Not sure why their website would suggest to dress in layers and wear water resistance shoes! The only snow aka ice is the crowded, percolating dome that no one is regulating capacity in. The “slopes” are basically iced slides. In the 2 hours window of “slopes”, you get to slide down 3 maybe 4 times bc it’s overcrowded. There is no village, just over priced kiosks and back drops for photos. The “spectacular lights are white patio lights hung over head. I paid $12 for 3 small bottle waters and they have the audacity to ask fo... read more

Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE on three separate occasions I've tried calling to purchase tickets and I was on hold for 15 minutes or more each time. Never spoke to anyone during any of my calls got frustrated and hung up. To visit I was going to be driving 3 and 1/2 hours so the fact that they are impossible to get in contact with and they refused to offer refunds is ridiculous!
