We took our Great Grandson there and were so disappointed!! The Arctic Igloo was a pile of Ice, nothing else!! Then when it was our time for tubing the lines were really long and we only were able to make 4 trips !! They had 3 lines for the family, 2 for tandem and 2 for single tubing. A total of 9 lines were closed!! Not worth the money!!!! Don't waste your time and money!

This place deserves a 1 star review due to the fact that the name and description is just a giant lie first off the name snow cat ridge you should just rename it to carpet cat ridge since the only snow there is just sleet inside an igloo that for some reason people think is actual snow, and it says a lift to get to the top of the ridge even though the “lift” is just a giant conveyor belt at a giant slant making it extremely hard to keep your balance and then when you finally make it to the top there’s a ginormous line for t... read more

It's a lawsuit waiting to happen! Where to start .. The parking is fairly organized and the attendants are very helpful. Most of the folks there are nice. The issue we had with the part were the attractions: * My daughter and sister both fell by the metal bleachers because the snow floor is raised. You have no way of securing yourself and nothing in the area or website about slippery surface. My daughter hit her back and lucky her head didn't slam on the ice or we'd have a different conversation. *The snow was crappy, I f... read more

Only 2 lanes open. Long lines. In 2 hours maybe 4 trips down. People were getting injured because they had concrete to stop sleds on the bottom. Way overpriced . .

Lines were too long; only had 9 open and average wait time was 15 minutes between rides. We only got 7 rides within our 2 hour window. The igloo was ice and packed snow too hard to play in; couldn't even make a snow angel. Bathrooms were closed, so used nasty port-a-potties and 1 outside hand wash station. Only about 6 booths open, so not really many food or shopping choices.

The treatment of the employees was terrible. When it came to throwing us out, they didn't help us push us, when we left at 11 at night they practically threw us out. the food court was not what was expected, and the snow was not real as the anicio says ... I am completely disgusted.

The whole experience was a bust. I thought is was going to be more of a snow day experience and not even close. Food was awful and expensive. Workers were not much help. We will not return or recommend.
