It's over priced the only snow is in the igloo where there is no social distance, for the price you pay there should be an actual bathroom not port a potties, on the slope no actual organization with staff to insure the safety for guest, the mobile ramp taking you to the slope that you stand on stopped abruptly which could have caused injuries to guest. Was a waste of time and money that could have been used to treat my kids to a dinner for Christmas then this being their Christmas present.

It was dirty. Not much to do. Couldn't go down on 2 person tube. Employee made us get off and sent us to 1 person. Other employee made my son and niece get off and didnt even help them go to other section. Was NOT worth the money.

This is by far the worst park ever the part we’re you think there is snow is not really snow it’s carved ice that turns hard I end there and I couldn’t even make a snow ball it was all hard it didn’t even have snow falling the only attraction it has a a sliding ice which was totally boring and dumb. There was no hot cocoa at all. I paid to much money for something that is not even worth my wild I rather pay 60 dollars to Busch gardens that have more than this crappy park. Please don’t waist your money on this lark it’s the o... read more

For the description on the website ( misleading) and for the cost of event I felt like it should’ve had proper bathrooms instead of Porta potty’s , not to mention that after you go in the Porta potty there’s two sinks that you have to pump for water they were both stuffed with some thing overflowing you couldn’t even wash your hands in the mist of this Covid. I felt like they missed construed the market village where the food and drinks we’re going to be , it was full of dirty food trucks with fleas there wasn’t it go... read more

Not worth the money at all, we paid almost $200 and the place has 2 things to do and it didn’t meet any expectations at all, super packed and over priced (not safe for kids at all) slides were dangerous and the “snow” igloo was very slippery and not kid friendly stuff was not helpful and the food trucks were nasty and over priced I paid $50 for 3 Cuban sandwich and 2 lemonade cups . I don’t recommend it at all DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We came on Wednesday December 9th for the 8-10 time slot. We were told the park was closing at 8:30 and everyone had to leave. We got to ride the tube slide twice and didn't even get the chance to go into the igloo. I paid $75 for two tickets and a parking pass for 30 minutes of actual fun. I've tried to reach out and have received no response from the ticketing site or the park. Very unsatisfied with the experience and the service. I will be telling everyone I know to NOT go here since you can close at any point and issue n... read more
