This place is extremely disorganized! The signs that say masks are required don’t work... no one wears them! There’s no social distancing going on, super messy and disorganized! I had purchased 8 tickets and only 5 of us could go because one of the other people tested positive for COVID & trying to reach you guys for a refund has been impossible! I’m still waiting for someone to contact me and give me my money back. Overall, this place was horrible and I don’t plan on attending ever again!
We had high hopes. Unfortunately we were disappointed. There weren’t very many vendors so food was super limited (and you can’t bring in your own). The igloo was great if you are lucky enough to get in There as soon as it has been refreshed. Otherwise it’s just a lot of hard ice. The port-o-potties were awful. No need to explain there. Being that the restrooms were down this was the only option. The experience overall was far too expensive for what was offered and not worth the money for my family.
With the amount of money we paid to enter and park, we were very disappointed. The article igloo was tiny, very crowded, and the “snow” was just ice. My kids couldn’t play in it at all. The kiosks and food trucks were over priced too, even though we paid an arm and a leg to enter. We will not be back. Very disappointed.
Los baños estaban súper sucios , muy desordenado el parque y el iglú de nieve nada que ver
It was packed and there were barely any people wearing masks, I felt super unsafe the entire time and completely at risk to corona. I couldn’t believe how many people there were, the line to get up on top of the mountain was so packed there was no way to social distance. Also, MANY of the workers were without masks which was super disappointing. I do not recommend if you are worried about corona.
My family of six all agree that a one star would be too high of a rating. It took us 45 minutes to go down on the single tube. Need more adult workers as the kids running things don't understand the importance of professionalism. The young man was rude and his explanation of how to push yourself over the edge was extremely inappropiate "bounce up and down like you are humping." In two hours, we were able to go down four times. The porta potties must go! When paying a $50 entrance fee you don't expect to use a porta pott... read more
Definitely not worth $40 a person plus $15 parking. The staff was rude and not friendly at all. A woman flipped face first off of her tube and not one staff member did anything. Luckily there seemed to be a good medical team. I did not feel safe in the single person tubes at all... just felt like I was bouncing back and forth and was not able to brace myself at the bottom, which was basically concrete. I would suggest rubber padding or something soft at the bottom. Pretty disappointed overall, but the lemonade was good.
Don’t waste your time and money! It just looks good on pics. The place is designed really bad, you need to fight to get your tube up. The stuff was really rude and slow! All tubing places we visited before were cheaper and we had better experience
Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone. Rate 1
