So I show up with that family to enjoy the park. The village looks like a couple of over priced food trucks. No snow n the slopes. And the ice in the igloo was hard as a rock and without having brought something from home to use it to actually make a snowman. And let's not forget about the rude people on the slope. We all went into a line togo tubing. After waiting 20 mins was told the double raft to be told we where in the wrong lane. After I showed them the lane said we were right I was told because it wasn't changed yet. ... read more

I don't know where the 4.6 came from, I wish there was a half star. First of all, they want to make pay my 6 months pregnant wife that was not obviously going to slide so, don't bring your pregnant wife if she is not sliding unless you like give money away. I won't talk about snow or anything like that because that's personal preference, but if you can, save you money and see real snow. It's just too expensive for what it is. I would not recommend it to any one I like. By the way, at the gate i said, she is not sliding, can ... read more

Too many people not wearing masks. No social distancing being practiced. It was a covid cesspool. We left after 1/2hr.

Poorly planned & 100% carnival vibe with theme park prices. Christmas time & only 50% of the sled shoots were open???!!

The tandem tube was extremely hard to pull up the moving walk way and then there was no organization when you got to the top of the hill of where the line started. Then it was extremely difficult to push yourself onto the slide once at the top to go and on top of that we got stuck halfway down the slide since the ice started to melt. The igloo also was not that impressive, I wish it had more decoration or something. Overall, not much to do and the slide was very disappointing due to the ice melting.

Way over priced and then having to pay for parking was ridiculous

Parking way to expensive, lines to long on the hills and hardly any lines were open!

Not worthy of $40+ per ticket. Kids enjoy and it’s nothing to them, but as adults it definitely is not worth it. Definitely will not recommend to others.
