Pitiful venue! So unorganized and disappointing. Slides closed for more than half of our time slot because tubes getting stuck. ONE vendor open in the so called "Village". Rude employees. This place was a rip-off! Don't waste your money and disappointing your kiddos with this place!

There was truly nothing to do except the tubing for adults, and your cost for general admission and parking is astronomical compared to the entertainment you provided. And the tubing was sub standard. I was truly disappointed! My husband came just to stay with my 1 yr old grandson while the rest of us played, but to charge him $40 for nothing is ridiculous!

The family slopes you have to share with strangers during covid... the igloo where you are suppose to be able to play in the snow is one big block of ice.. the food is horrible and they aren’t changing out gloves the same gloves they are counting money with they are making your food with

The slide itself is fun, that's it. I paid $200 for 3 of us to go down the slide twice. The second time one got hurt. The staff is unbelievably rude. The porta potty situation is ridiculous! The igloo is only for little kids. I was disappointed. I think it could be cool with more to do, proper facilities and get staff that isnt awful! We were there for an hour, paid for 2 but was done. We planned on staying and eating but nothing to eat that wasn't gross. I'm not picky at all it just needs to be better for the money.

Overall staff were very rude. Got yelled at multiple times before we even slid once! Not enough signage to understand what we were supposed to do, and staff was short tempered when we erroneously didn’t go fast enough, didn’t go to the right line, etc. Two-hour time frame for sliding created high-stakes queues, so people were extremely pushy. This does not go well with poor signage and staff not set up for success (which creates grumpy/overwhelmed staff). Having guests lug up their awkward and heavy inner tubes is another ... read more

We didn't have the experience we were expecting. No one told us to come early to go in the igloo. So we got zero time to really play with our losing time on the slope. At 950 they kicked us out and nothing was even open after that.

Employee in top of the sludding tube wad amazing. Friendly and adk if is your first time pribably to help you and explained how used the tube. The employee in bottom of the slidding tube was so rude and raise the voice to people to move fadt. I undertand for safety but young kids and old people is hard move tube by himself. The supervisor around the park especially in top of the slidfing tube was the mosr unproffessional people i ever see. At the point i never come back again.
