I am highly disappointed that they closed the park early without giving an explanation on why they were closing it. I want a partial refund due to the fact that they had closed it an hour and a half earlier while my family and i were on the snowy slopes when we had reserved for 8-10. I was not satisfied with the experience.

In our opinion, the price of the event did not match up with the experience. And then upon arrival to have to pay an additional $15 to park seems ridiculous. We even looked back through all of the emails and website to see how we missed that information. Not listed on ticket pricing page, emails, but “hidden” in the FAQ section. For the 2 hour sledding window, we were able to sled 4 times. We did 1 “family sled” where we had 6 people from our group...and the staff jammed another family (we didn’t know) on the same sled. No... read more

My family was super excited to go today to snowcat Ridge except we are not able to go today because they unexpectedly closed the park “due to lightning”. I understand the weather conditions do not permit the park to be opened but why can’t they allow customers to move the date instead of refunding the money? Which by the way will take up to ten days to process!! “Snowcat Ridge is open rain, snow or shine. We do not offer refunds or rain checks to those customers who do not wish to attend due to less than ideal weather condi... read more

The tandem slide kept getting stuck. It was too dry to slide down. There was one food vender and the corn dog I bought for $5 was still frozen inside. Wasn't snow inside the Arctic dome was just packed ice and was 65 degrees inside. Add says real snow. Whole experience was a rip off. Not worth the money.

The ice luge wasn’t actual ice, it was plastic. The snow dome wasn’t actually snowing/ it was hard ice. Too slippery to even walk on. There was only one food vendor when I went, and none of it looked appealing.

No safety measures taken amid COVID. They were putting two different groups of families together on the big tube rides which goes against Florida mandate of distant between groups/people. No cleaning of the tubes (straps people are holding on tubes) after each use like supermarkets are doing after use of carts before someone use it. Not as advertised on web, there is no fake snow on the “snow ridge” just a slide.

I went to SnowCat Ridge last night 12/13/20 with my family for my husband's birthday. We have 4 kids, 2 are married and we also have 2 grandkids. That's 10 people. I feel like I need to tell you it was a great disappointment when we only had an opportunity to go down your lanes 4 times each in our 2-hour slot of 6-8pm on Sunday. The line to get a tube was so long 5-7 minutes because they couldn't find any with cushions. Then the one Singles line was insane (35 minutes long) with only 2 operating lanes open. When I inquired w... read more
