Though I reside in Allen, this PLANO location is AWESOME and I would come here even if I lived in another state! My first mammogram was easy peasy! My technologist Shania made things quick and painless. My Dr recommended this place because mammograms is all they do - their specialty - and it shows!

Omg I got here early with all my paperwork and the brought me back immediately. The staff up front is extremely courteous and friendly. No one really wants to be here but they make it so pleasant. Thank you

I am really surprised by all of the negative reviews for Solis. I have had several mammograms here and the experience has always been a good one, but today I felt compelled to write a review because not only was my experience good today, I was legitimately impressed. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and got my registration taken care of. Once I was done I was immediately taken back with zero waiting. My experiences at Solis Mammography were nothing but very positive, even during the pandemic Well, except for the cancer diagnosis after a thorough biopsy. But everything else was great. Schedule went perfectly, everyone was socially distanced and masked. This was in August of 2020. The staff were efficient, professional and kind. The doctors and nurses also. I will say, I was really hesitant visiting this location after seeing the negative reviews but I had a really positive experience today. I had a diagnostic mammogram & was very nervous about the procedure. The lady that checked me in was extremely sweet & friendly. Also, the techs and radiologist were all very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease. I had a core needle biopsy, in this midst of the corona pandemic. I was nervous about being there and about the procedure. They were great. My nerves were shot... but they talked me through it and it was quick and easy. I have no complaints. I see others complaining about customer service, but I didn't have that experience at all... in any of the process.
