Do Not ever use their services. They are in the habit of billing additional costs to their patients who are 100% covered by insurance that we work hard to pay for in order to get good Healthcare. This is my last mammogram with Solis and I will add my complaint along with many others to the BBB and the Attorney General office. This should be brought to the attention of the local media.​

This was my first visit to this facility after my primary care provider ordered both a mammogram and a bone density exam. As someone who has never had these tests before, I scheduled what appeared on the website to be two separate appointments one for each service. There is no clear explanation online that booking a mammogram automatically includes a bone density exam, which understandably led to confusion. I have had my exam there for over 10 years. I had an appointment today. Solis is about 60 miles from my home. I get there after driving on the hwy in the rain for the lady to tell my they stopped taking my insurance in march. My appointment was made 12 months ago. No one could pick up a phone and call me. I will find another office who has the professionalism to take the time to call there patients if something changes.

They have cancelled my appointment for annual mammogram and ultrasound 4 times due to lack of medical staff. They cancel on the same day and this has happened four times, which is unacceptable. I will be looking elsewhere and will let my ObGyn know.

Solis Mammogram made a basic medical process unnecessarily stressful. I received an email saying my results were ready, but the system did not recognize my date of birth so I could not access them. I sent several emails asking for help and received several automatic responses but none included a solution or my results. I searched for a phone number and every option sent me to automated answers that redirected me to the same landing page. Awful experience! I complained to a manager after being mistreated by a technician during the exam to the point that it was actually abusive and really disturbing. I was bruised for a week afterward, and nobody ever reached out to check on me or apologize. There was zero empathy, which is so important and sadly so rare among the technicians who do these exams, and it honestly felt like the lady didn't even want to be there, like she was working for free. Do not recommend, they are using unreliable pathology lab it's been over 10 days for the biopsy results to be delivered to me doctor and every day count and they keep giving vague answers. I really think they lost my biopsy sample.

I have had more trouble getting films of my mammograms! i filled out the form called every week and they still havent sent films from previous years. I had breast cancer years ago so I stayed with St Davids Breast cancer for over 20 years. Then Solis Mammography took it over. They are so rude, disorganized and uncaring! I wanted to pick my films up before I had another biopsy and they said it would be another 15 days wait, because my other form had expired ( I filled out the form 6 months ago).
