Solis has some new technology, a curved plate as opposed to the flat ouch's plate of the past. Ask for Cindy to do your test. She is so warm, caring & knowledgeable. About time.

Scheduling my appointment over the phone was fast and easy. I've been to the Plano location for the last few years. It's always very clean, warm and welcoming. Today I completed my registration with Gryselda. The process was quick & easy and then she walked me to the room to change, store my things and wait for my procedure. This location is fantastic! The staff is really wonderful at making you feel comfortable.They have state of the art equipment, which assures you are getting the best possible images. Minimal wait times and the actual mammogram only takes about 10 minutes.They'll have you on your way in no time. Pick this place to be your main squeeze!

They have locations all over, but I always go to this one that is behind Medical City PLANO. I Have always requested the 3-D mammogram, and it has never cost me a dime. I believe they now only do 3-D. They got all new equipment last year, at least at this location. You can schedule online or by phone. My experience is that they get you back immediately (except 2years ago when i was dumb enough to go late in the day on December 31st, when I'm pretty sure everyone with insurance was trying to get in), and there is never a wai... read more

I was pretty nervous about my first mammo. All the staff at Solis is really nice and made me feel at ease. I showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed, to do a little paper work, but the online booking (which was super easy and convenient) took care of most of my information. My appt was at 11:15 and I was out of there by 11:45. They were having a busy day, but managed to handle everyone swiftly and carefully. They now how to make an awkward situation comfortable, and I truly appreciate that.

I was a couple years overdue for my appointment and not looking forward to it. I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was so nice, the place feels brand new, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! My appt was on a Friday afternoon and I received my results by email Monday morning. Highly recommend!

This Imaging Center is the best. Every single person treats you with respect and compassion and the equipment and facilities are top notch with the latest technology. They also have nice little touches like wipes for the gel afterwards and mints to freshen your mouth. The atmosphere is lovely and everyone smiles and is reassuring. They thoroughly explain everything and your will really feel at ease here.

Yes ladies, this place is for mammograms. This place has the utmost in customer service. They must drill it into the workers heads. Everyone you come in contact with is not rushed, has a smile, and treats you like a human (not a number). The wait time is not long (I had an appointment) the facilities are clean. They give good instructions on where to change clothes and where to go (you are never lost). When you leave they ask you to take a survey (that is how much they care). They worked well with my doctor on the results.

This was my first visit to this facility after my primary care provider ordered both a mammogram and a bone density exam. As someone who has never had these tests before, I scheduled what appeared on the website to be two separate appointments one for each service. There is no clear explanation online that booking a mammogram automatically includes a bone density exam, which understandably led to confusion.
