Would not recommend based on experience with social workers at facility. You're walking on eggshells

I hate to update this to a lower rating but unfortunately the care ended the moment I left. I still have no clue what the surgeon's name was. I was told right before surgery and then did not see him again. I was sent home within an hour of waking up. I was told I was getting sent home with paperwork on how to schedule a check up. I was sent home with in case of emergency paperwork. No number for the surgeon's office or even his name. The number was only for emergencies so nobody would speak to. The paper also said a nurse wo... read more

If i could give this hospitality 0 stars i would!! Ive had nothing but trouble with the er "quacks". I am a disabled adult who struggles with chronic UTIs and chronic kidney infections. I went in last night Dec 4th 2023 with blood in my urine and massive pain.. after tests i was told that i didnt have a kidney stone and just a Uti ( which is not new to me, I always have one) i was told that i would get iv antibiotics (never did) and pain meds (didnt work) not only that it took over an hour for the nurse to "come back" and fi... read more

https://x.com/stellapaulny/status/1724621114448470254?s=46&t=qpNPfQMdDADQJ7_UXZhJCA Remdesivir does not save lives, it destroys organs, and causes death. Hopefully Covid patients just get appropriate standard of care from now on. Our son lost his life at St David's North Austin.

I went in because of a cough I had which I had a feeling was bronchitis. I also went in bc I have a red mark on my breast. I haven't been to a hospital for myself in years and they have reminded me why. i was there for 5 hours and I had a nurse come talk to me twice for like a minute each time and a doctor come and ask simple questions regarding my breast. this means that the whole 5 hours I was there I was talked to for a total of not even 30 minute. instead of examining my breast he glanced at it and came up with it was a ... read more

Ever seen New Amsterdam? It's worse than THAT. Grandson was transferred by ambulance from urgent care with terrible asthma. When I arrived he was on oxygen but didn't see a doctor for nearly two hours while gasping for breath. Doctor finally comes in as if by accident and says, asthma? Uh...yeah. Then he says he was the one who signed off on the transfer order and "nobody told me you were here." Wow. Okayyyy. After about 8 hours he finally got admitted, but called me to tell me he was declining because even though ER dude sa... read more

I was referred here for an outpatient CT chest scan. Everybody there who was an employee was indifferent, detached, and uninterested in my procedure. Been 12 days since they told me I'd have the results. My primary physician can't get them and when you call them no answers the phone. Their portal doesn't function either. Says it will send you a security code that never comes. (Yes I checked junk box). Can't address other hospital functions but as far as my experience with outpatient imaging my review is "malpractice ".

if I could rate this hospital 0 stars I would. 1. The emergency room was filthy. 2. The department was under staffed and incapable of communicating basic health care information. 3. The doctors ran tests that were never evaluated and results were never communicated. 4. Staff sent us to doctors that were not in network despite specifically saying that they were in network. 5. When a medical emergency arose in the ICU there were no nurses monitoring the nursing station. Alarms were going off and no nurses came. ... read more
