Lack of care and incompetent nursing staff. They will tell you they are administering medications that are controlled substances and the nurses will NOT give them to you and then pocket the medication. This has happened three times to me and I have filed repeated complaints to the health board in regard to this. When I have called the hospital administrators to see if they have investigated the claims I have put forth they "have no record of a complaint".
you will be sitting there suffering while the nurses and doctors on duty make jokes and chat amongst each other. you will arrive at 12am only to be discharged at 6am, for something that should not have taken more than 2 hours Max. test that take 30 minutes at other hospitals and clinics take hours here. if you are in need of urgent care, please strongly consider somewhere else.
We have a patient hospitalized since Monday and we have received very bad care and discrimination, I have not received information from any specialist and what the nurse said today is that tomorrow they are going to discharge him and we have to take him to another emergency in another Network From the Hospital, I called the other emergency and the nurse said it is the craziest thing I have ever heard in my entire life. They will be responsible for what happens to the patient for throwing him out without treating him. I need ... read more
I was admitted to the hospital on October, 2023. My experience was the worst I have ever experienced in a hospital. I first went in to the emergency room due to heart issues. When I was taken in for exams, the people were polite and so were the two nurses that initially started up all the tests and monitoring. Then I was taken to another room and that's when the nightmare began. The nurses ignored me and only came by to check on me once or twice in a 24 hour period. I had to sleep in the same day clothes that I arrived... read more
Would not recommend based on experience with social workers at facility. You're walking on eggshells
I hate to update this to a lower rating but unfortunately the care ended the moment I left. I still have no clue what the surgeon's name was. I was told right before surgery and then did not see him again. I was sent home within an hour of waking up. I was told I was getting sent home with paperwork on how to schedule a check up. I was sent home with in case of emergency paperwork. No number for the surgeon's office or even his name. The number was only for emergencies so nobody would speak to. The paper also said a nurse wo... read more

I went in because of a cough I had which I had a feeling was bronchitis. I also went in bc I have a red mark on my breast. I haven't been to a hospital for myself in years and they have reminded me why. i was there for 5 hours and I had a nurse come talk to me twice for like a minute each time and a doctor come and ask simple questions regarding my breast. this means that the whole 5 hours I was there I was talked to for a total of not even 30 minute. instead of examining my breast he glanced at it and came up with it was a ... read more
