I had wonderful experience with L&D but can't say the same for the Er. I had a horrible headache on only my left side that stretched down all the way to my neck band shoulders, eventually my ear started hurting and aching non stop. Had made an appt with my primary but it was still over a week away. Had a two month old I had to care for and couldn't take the pain any longer. When I went in I let them know all my symptoms and how much pain I was in etc. They were very condescending about everything and diagnosed me with a head... read more

ZERO STARS! Absolutely ridiculous that I come to the hospital for an emergency and immediately told and REJECTED DENIED care or treatment because I have a child under the age of 18! How do they expect single mothers when in an emergency to subject their health or choose not to be helped because they have a CHILD! Would love for administration to ANNOUNCE THIS on news outlets as Governor has stated otherwise when concerning Covid! When asked if she's denying me to be seen she stated "I didn't make the rules." Wow!

I went to this hospital's ER with acute liver and kidney failure. After stabilizing me, they told me that I had 3 months to live and told my wife to start looking into hospice to ease my passing. Well, it is a year and a half later and thanks to the amazing people at a completely different hospital in Houston, I am alive and quite well. After going through this, I have talked to several people who had similar experiences, but they took St David's' advice. Now their loved ones are gone. How many people have died because these... read more

My wife is currently in the hospital right now. Apparently policy is only one visitor at a time but over the past 3 days they have been letting 3 in for her due to her condition. Finally on day 3 it's only 1 person at a time This hospital does not have their stuff together on the 4th floor. Charge nurse. Joanne stated that he condition wasn't important enough to them for her to have 3 visitors( her husband, mom, and mother in law). The nursing staff was good. But charge nurse and higher terrible. Apparently having blood clo... read more

My wife had scheduled surgery here and whilst the nurses were very friendly and tried to care they were hampered by lack of doctors who could prescribe things. It started by misplacing her surgeons instructions which lead to a 2 hour delay and being given incorrect medications. No doctors available to then issue new prescriptions until 8 hours later. All the time my wife in great pain. Overall total abandonment by this hospital. Will never ever return or recommend this place.
