According to the description of services, they did an oil change and a "multi point inspection." Apparently, this does not include tire pressure check because there was no record of that. While the service was great. While the service was great. They returned my car with paint damage from use of a pressure washer. I reached out to service advisor and he said there was nothing hat could be done. Also tires were not properly matched. The car came in with a brand new set of Michelin tires in the front and they put on on the front and another in the rear.

Brought the car in for service as well as some issues Brought the car in for service as well as some issues with an electrical outlet in the car. They rotated the tires which I guess is all that you do for an electric vehicle, but they were unable to address my concern regarding the electrical outlet further, they didn’t even want to dig deeper as to the issue. Just shows that dealers don’t know how to deal with electric vehicles.

Technican found damage to ball joint sleeve connected to Technican found damage to ball joint sleeve connected to rack and pinon, damaged causing the clicking sound when turning. needs to replace rack and pinion. No cover my warranty due to my own hit. But My car never hit anywhere to this damage. They wanted to charge almost $2500 to fix it. And False statement about repairs to avoid my warranty. Never go this place for repair or service.
