I've had better experiences at this dealership. I've had better experiences at this dealership....3 hours waiting for oil/car wash. I had appt Service called my home when SUV ready why?? wasted 30 minutes was in waiting room!!I went to service to see when it would be ready and tole it was done 30 minut6es ago AND they called wrong number at my home not my cell phone that I gave them when I arrived

Came to them with a problem that seemed to involve fuel Came to them with a problem that seemed to involve fuel pump intake and inability to accelerate consistently...they (correctly) noticed I was due for an oil change...a day later they drove the car around and couldn't find the issue. On the drive home, I felt it again. Not even sure if they tried to diagnose what I identified as the problem. Fixing it with another mechanic.

The drive up line for service was long and took a The drive up line for service was long and took a considerably long time to finally get to the front. There was no 'appointment' line for those that did make an appointment.

They took forever. They took forever. And I waited 20 mins for someone to bring my car after.

Service representatives are great as usual. Service representatives are great as usual. Pertaining to service performance is fair, often I feel like my vehicle is either rushed or not look for thoroughly since my car is older in my opinion. I still have an annoying breaking noise after my brake service. Came back and tech said the car fine. After that last visit vehicle has 3 out of 4 wheel locks on my vehicle.

I dropped my car off for repairs and after 2 week nothing I dropped my car off for repairs and after 2 week nothing was done. When I called to get information I was put on hold repeatedly. No one ever called me back after I requested a manager even. All I wanted was some an explanation of what the service center found . The service rep Andrew could never give me an update and after a while he became frustrated with my calls and never called me back. When I arrived I was asked how many miles I had, I said When I arrived I was asked how many miles I had, I said don't know, probably 22,000 thinking someone would have checked. That did not happen now my mileage is off from the service ticket. Also technician could not find problem, but soon as a I drove it off the lot I heard the problem again

I received several emails saying that I needed a recall I received several emails saying that I needed a recall service and ordered an oil change to receive this service, but after I left the car, I waited for 2 hours, and I asked after 2 hours, and they said it would take another 2 hours, so I couldn't wait any longer. I asked to cancel it, and they replied that they would check it, and they said that the service was already completed 5 minutes later.
